Earth 'n' Sea offers a wide range of pastas for those of you after something else.

We have just over fourteen different kinds of pasta with specials of the week also in store or simply ask one of our friendly staff.

All the ingredients for our pastas are the freshest in town with all the sauces made in store.

For the vegetarian there is the vegetarian delight pasta which comes with a range of vegetables including broccoli, beans, cauli-flower and carrots smothered in our fresh tomato napoli sauce.

For those who like a bit of spice, there is the delightful thai chicken pasta which consists of tender chicken slices, an array of sauteed veggies, then finished off with our own in-house thai chicken sauce.

We have the traditional spaghetti bolognese and lasagne as well.

Earth 'n' Sea also offers the pastas bolognese, tortellini and carbonara in children's sizes as well.

So now that you've heard enough about our famous pastas, it's time to see if we can walk the walk as much as we talk the talk.

1. CARBONARA:

Bacon, mushrooms, onion, garlic in a rich creamy sauce.

2. MARINARA:

A variety of seafood's in a lovely tomato or tamato cream sauce.

3. BOLOGNESE:

The traditional Italian meat spaghetti.

4. VEGETARIAN DELIGHT:

A seasonal mixture of pan fried vegetables in Italian tomato sauce.

5. NAPOLI:

Garlic, onions, capers and black olives in a herby tomato sauce!

6. RICOTTA RAVIOLI:

Squares of pasta, filled with ricotta cheese and served in a herby vegetarian tomato sauce.

7. TORTELLINI:

Little rings of pasta stuffed with chicken and served in a bacon, tomato, mushroom and cream sauce.

8. LASAGNE:

A large serve of layers of pasta with meat bolognese style sauce.

9. THAI CHICKEN:

Authentic Thai chicken with a coriander and coconut cream sauce. Served on a bed of pasta. PS. Tell us if you like it hot!

10. CHICKEN PESTO:

Chicken with roasted capsicum and onion in a basil pesto cream sauce. (Unbelievable!)

11. FOR THE KIDS:

Nest of worms / any pasta for kids $6.50. A small portion of white worms (spaghetti) with bolognese sauce.
